班级管理的艺术与策略

【摘要】班级作为一个群体，具有群体的一般特征即遵守共同的行为规范，在感情上互相依赖，在思想上互相影响，而且有着共同的奋斗目标。学生是班级的细胞，而班主任则是班级的组织者、领导者、教育者、引导者和管理的实施者、服务者。班级面貌的好坏与班主任的管理艺术、工作经验和责任心有直接的关系，因此班主任在班级管理中扮演着重要角色，对蓓蕾起着“护花园丁”的重要作用，理应做好管理工作。班级是学校教育教学的基本单位。班级管理如何，直接关系到学校教育教学质量的提高，教育教学目标的实现，学生思想、道德等各种素质的养成。

Ａbstract：As a commune, a class has its common characteristic: it obeys common bearing standard, it interdepends in the motion, it affects each other in the thinking, and it has the common objective of a struggle. The student is the unit of the class, while teacher in charge is the organizer, leader, educationalist, guider and the implementer, serviceman of the teaching management. The quality of class appearance is directly connected with teacher in charge’s management art, teaching experience and responsibility, so teacher in charge acts as the important role in class management, he also plays the important role for the buds as a gardener who cares about the flowers, therefore teacher in charge should do well with the management work.
