So I think that running own business is much better than finding a dislike job, on the other hand, some young people who have passion and same target fighting for their future that looks like fantastic. The pressure which comes from the economic depression won’t be the block for young students. I am convinced that it is time for me to run my own vacuum flasks business. I’m full of confidence.

Objectives

The objectives of this project are to analyse the market positioning for selling vacuum flasks, show the useful information about vacuum flasks to society, set the feasibility strategy for selling vacuum flasks to society, and then analyse the risk to my business, give reasonable advices. My company will adopt three steps to operate vacuum flasks business through: short-term, interim and long-term. Basis on the technology and resources come from Taizhou Jiahua Vessel of Reaerveling Temperature Co., Ltd, use less fund to start my business, devote myself to dig the potential client base. Because of the limitation of initial start-up capital available of £10,000, it means that I can use ¥100,000 in my business; I make a plan that three years become a successful middleman in selling vacuum flasks, accumulate capital for the future business, and then five years can build my own factory to product vacuum flasks.
