Along with the depending of global economic integration, market competition continues to intensity, the competition between enterprises is more intense , In such circumstances , how to save costs and increase their competitiveness becomes an important subject in front of each enterprise ,in the market ,the price is revealed ,and the cost is invisible 。Brand is widely publicized, and the cost is tight. In the price and Brand War behind cost competition, it is no doubt .For enterprise the cost control , the curtain on the market besides thrives on the “cost competition .Modern enterprise competition cost competition is one of the most effective methods.

Therefore, the study of inventory cost of supply chain management is very important this paper first introduces the background and significance of research ，and then to inventory cost of composition and influence factors was studied and finally puts forward the inventory cost of supply chain solutions.
