【内容提要】灾后社会工作的方案策划对于地震灾区社会重建十分重要。本文以都江堰市勤俭人家安置社区的社会工作服务项目为案例，从介入背景、项目设计和专业反思三方面对灾后社会重建中社会工作服务的方案设计进行了分析探讨。

Program design is an important issue in the social work for the reconstruction of society in the post-earthquake community. The paper takes the social work services in a temporary community in Dujiangyan as an example, and discusses the background of the community and the design of social work projects. Some professional issues about the social work in post-earthquake are analyzed finally.
