工程质量管理研究

【摘要】 所谓工程质量就是指反映工程满足相关标准规定或合同约定的要求，包括其在安全、技术、使用功能及其在耐久性能、环境保护等方面所有明显和隐含能力的特性总和。质量是企业的生命，质量是企业发展的根本保证。在建筑市场竞争激烈的今天，如何提高施工质量管理水平是每一位企业管理者必须思考的问题，因为这将影响施工质量的因素方方面面。对于当前的工程状况，文章不仅分析了工程出现质量问题的原因，工程质量管理的特点和重点，而且还提出了一些有效的对策。

【Abstract】 Engineering quality refers to satisfy the relevant standards of engineering or contract requirements ,including its safety, technology, service function and its in endurance, environment protection, etc all obvious characteristics and implied combined of ability. Quality is the life of enterprise and it is also the foundation of the enterprise development guarantee. It is competitive in the construction market today, how to improve the construction quality management level is every enterprise managers have to consider, because it will Influence the construction quality on all sides. For the current engineering status, the article not only analyses the reason of the engineering quality, and quality management’s characteristics and key points, But also puts forward some effective countermeasures.
