浅谈传感器技术的研究现状与发展趋势

摘要：传感器是高度自动化系统乃至现代尖端技术必不可少的一个关键组成部分。传感器技术是世界各国竞相发展的高新技术，也是进入21 世纪以来优先发展的十大顶尖技术之一。传感器技术所涉及的知识领域非常广泛，其研究和发展也越来越多地和其他学科技术的发展紧密联系。本文首先介绍了传感器的基本知识和传感器技术的发展历史。之后，综述了近几年高端前沿的光电传感器技术和生物传感器技术的主要研究状况。最后，展望了现代传感器技术的发展和应用前景。

Abstract:Sensor is an essential and critical component of highly automated system and cutting-edge technology .Sensor Technique is what many developed countries are competing in . It is also one of the ten top technologies with priority in the 21st century. There are a large amount of areas of knowledge involved in Sensor Technique . Meanwhile, it also has been in close relation with the advance of other fields of technologies. This paper first introduces the basic knowledge of the Sensor and the history of the Sensor Technology .Then it summarizes the main investigation on Sensor Technique of Photoelectric Sensor and Biosensor in recent years .Last,it forecasts the development and future applied fields of the modern Sensor Technology.
