Today , we will talk about the Differences in Chinese and American Food Culture .First, let’s watch a short film about American food culture.

For tonday’s topic,what’s your opinions?

Tom: since the deffirence between Chinese and western pilosphy,American pay morn attention to scientific diet and nutrition

Tony:well,Chinese think a lot of the taste.

Compere:what about the Dining atmosphere ?

Tony:Chinese people prefer to Toast each other and urge others to drink more in a lively atmosphere.

Tom:at least ,I do not like it. On the contrary,we usually eat food quietly,even no talking .for drinking we only simbolically take a sip.in west banquet ,the host helps the guest to food for only once,and then asks them to eat any more,which is not like the Chinese people’s habit of urging somebody to drink frequently.it is not allowed to make a noise while eating the food,but the guests should pay attention to appreciate the meals that the owners prepared.if you want to talk with people,you can only talk with the ones besides you .we think it is polite.

Tom:really no .but I tried it ,I found it difficult to grasp. I still like my knife and fork
