浅谈健身健美运动的发展策略

摘要： 随着全球化的不断深入和发展，始源于西方的现代健身健美开始在我国发展起来，但由于中西方的文化差异和受我国国情的影响，现代健身健美在中国的发展道路并非同西方如出一辙。现本文将结合现代健身健美思想体系的构建设想的依据结合我国健身健美运动的思想、宗旨、精神、实施方法等的内容，从我国健身健美的定位、健身健美理念的更新、健身健美市场的发展等方面浅谈在结合我国可持续发展战略下，我国健身健美运动策略与构想。
