浅议建筑施工企业的项目管理团队建设

摘要：目渐激烈的建筑施工市场竞争环境迫使施工企业不断地对低效的经营管理过程进行优化，以增强企业的赢利能力。将拥有专门知识、技能和合作精神的员工组成高效项目团队就成为一种行之有效的方式。如再何建立一支高效的项目团队并进行有效的管理，也成为了施工企业管理的重要部分。正基于此，本文希望能够通过自己的研究，探索项目团队的建设与管理要素，总结其管理方法，以便能为建筑施工企业的项目团队建设与管理参考借鉴。

施工项目管理是企业运用系统的观点、理论和科学技术对施工项目进行的计划、组织、监督、控制、协调等全过程管理，具有很强的完整性和时间性。项目管理中需要利用人、设备、技术、资料等各种资源因素，项目管理的内容与程序要体现企业管理层和项目管理层参与的项目管理活动。企业法定代表人向项目经理下达“项目管理目标责任书”，确定项目经理部的管理内容，由项目经理负责组织实施。项目管理应体现管理的规律，企业利用制度保证项目管理按规定程序运行。项目管理说到底核心是对人的管理，实践证明项目管理中人是最重要的

资源因素。因此，项目管理中作好团队建设和管理就显得尤为重要。

在一个建设工程施工项目中，项目经理是全面负责的项目管理者，工程项目的代表人，担负着管理、协调、沟通、解释的任务。主要包括施工安全管理、施工成本控制、施工进度控制、施工质量控制、施工合同管理、工程信息管理、工程组织与协调七大项。而公司领导层对项目经理团队的管理和引导是施工项目的成功起着成败的主要作用。
