浅析建筑施工企业项目成本管理

摘要： 随着建筑市场竞争的日趋激烈，施工企业的利润空间越来越小，对工程项目的成本管理就变得越来越重要。由于工程项目的成本管理贯穿于项目施工的各个环节和各个方面，因此，项目成本管理就成为实现企业经济效益最大化的关键保证因素，是当前施工项目管理的核心内容之一。但是，目前建筑施工企业在其项目成本管理中存在着很多不足，导致企业成本浪费严重，直接影响到了企业的生存和发展。因此，如何加强项目成本管理，是所有建筑施工企业都必须重视的问题。只有增强成本意识，完善组织结构，重视基础工作，对成本实行全过程的监控并注重质量成本的管理，才能够有效控制项目成本，为企业创造更大的经济收益。
