摘 要：本文介绍塑料挤出成型原理的研究发展、挤出成型主要工艺参数和挤出成型的新工艺，通过对挤出成型的主要参数的研究，从工艺、设备等方面了解塑料挤出成型新技术的发展现状和展望挤出成型技术的发展趋势。

挤出成型在塑料加工中又称为挤塑。挤出成型是聚合物加工中出现较早的一门技术，在塑料加工中占有熏要的地位。经过100多年的发展，挤出成型制品已占塑料制品总量的l／3以上。在广泛的生产实践中，挤出成型的理论和技术得到不断的深化和拓展；可加工的聚合物种类、制品结构和制品形式越来越多；挤出工艺得到不断的发展；挤出成型的设备得以不断改进和刨新，设备越来越大型化、高效率化、精密化、智能化及专用化；计算机技术在挤出成型加工中的应用越来越广泛、深入。

1. 挤出过程的主要工艺参数

挤出制品的质量和生产效率是同原料配方、挤出成型设备及挤出工艺条件等密不可分的, 实际生产中需要根据原料的挤出成型工艺性和挤出成型设备结构! 主要是螺杆结构、模头结构特点, 合理调整挤出工艺参数。挤出工艺参数主要有机筒温度、口模、螺杆转速、挤出速率和牵引速率等。
