浅论建筑工程竣工资料整编与管理

摘要：做好工程资料的搜集和整理也是工程质量管理的重要组成部分。建筑工程竣工验收前必须达到两个条件：一是建筑物体达到验收条件；二是施工过程中质量技术管理资料达到验收条件，两者缺一不可。工程资料和工程建设是相互依赖，相互并存，而且工程资料是在工程建设过程中同步产生的。如何更好的使工程资料取之于工程，用之于工程，这是当前工程资料搜集整编中值得探讨的问题。
