心理健康教育视阈下高校思想政治教育创新研究

摘 要：2004年8月，中共中央、国务院颁发文件《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》明确指出:“心理健康教育是高校思想政治教育的重要组成部分。”这一论断为高校思想政治教育创新指明了方向。本文在这一论断的基础上，从心理健康教育的视角去解读高校思想政治教育，明晰心理健康教育在大学生思想政治教育中的地位和意义，探讨心理健康教育对当今大学生思想政治教育的目的价值，阐述心理健康教育与大学生思想政治教育之间深层次的关系，从而构建提高思想政治教育针对性和有效性研究的新视角。 关键词：心理健康教育 高校 思想政治教育 创新

This thesis for College Ideological and political education innovation points to clear direction. This paper based on this assertion, from the perspectives of psychological health education in Ideological and political education, clear mental health education in college students' Ideological and political education 's status and significance, of mental health education on College Students Ideological and political education purpose value, the mental health education and ideological and political education of college students between deep relationship between the construction of Ideological and political education, thus improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the new perspective for the study of.

Key words: psychological health education in Ideological and political education innovation 随着改革开放的深入发展，科技进步日新月异，社会结构深刻变动，高校传统的思想政治教育日益面临新的挑战。我国“十二五”规划纲要明确提出：应“遵循教育规律和学生身心发展规律，坚持德育为先、能力为重，改革教学内容、方法和评价制度，促进学生德智体美全面发展。”把心理教育写进五年规划，这还是首次。据此，本文以心理健康教育的视角重新审视高校思想政治教育的理论与实践，从探索个体及社会心理发展规律为切入点，突出体现心理健康教育理念和实施策略为主线，以提升高校思想政治教育实效性为目标，不断探索新时期高校思想政治教育创新的新思路、新认识和新方法。

一、心理健康教育视阈上高校思想政治教育创新必要性

1.心理健康教育为思想政治教育注入新的活力

大学生是民族的希望，祖国的未来。把他们培养成社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人是新时期大学生思想政治教育的根本任务。2004年，中共中央、国务院《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》明确指出：心理健康教育是新形势下大学生思想政治教育的有效途径。党的十七大报告进一步强调“要加强和改进思想政治工作，注重人文关怀和心理疏导，用正确方式处理人际关系”，这为新时期高校思想政治教育创新提出了更高的要求。以心理健康教育为载体，会给高校思想政治教育注入新的活力，会使高校思想政治教育更加生动活泼、丰富多彩；更加贴近大学生；更加具有主动性、预见性、实效性和针对性；更加体现出“以人为本”的教育理念。

2.心理健康教育为思想政治教育提供良好的心理素质和条件

心理健康是高素质人才的必备条件和基本要求。开展心理健康教育不仅能使个体保持健康的心理状态，具备良好的心理素质，同时也能为个体接受思想政治教育提供良好的心理条件。大学阶段是大学生世界观、人生观、价值观形成的关键时期。他们在成长过程中遇到的
