劳动力转移与农村经济发展的研究

摘要：农村劳动力转移已成为影响中国农村经济发展的一个关键性问题。本文以为例，具体研究农村劳动力转移与农村经济发展的状况，分析了农村劳动力转移对农村经济发展的积极影响与消极影响。同时，根据存在的人力资本缺乏、基础设施薄弱、农技推广不便和资源利用率低等问题，提出了加大农村人口素质投入、改善基础设施建设、发展开发性农业、实现农业产业化等对策，以此来提高农业比较效益，缩小城乡居民收入差距，促进农村经济发展。关键词：劳动力转移；经济发展；人口素质；义乌农村
