[摘 要]本文以“内江市城市绿地系统与景观风貌规划”规划设计为例，从营造富有特色的山水园林式城市为基本出发点，就滨水城市在沿江景观风貌规划设计中应如何结合自身特色，怎样充分利用现有的自然资源、土地资源、人文资源等塑造鲜明的滨江景观形象进行了探索，阐明了基本思路与作法。并就规划实施与管理提出了自己的建议和意见。
