欠发达农区村域经济对产业集聚区的响应机制研究

———以河南省王胖庄为例

摘要：以河南省开封县黄龙产业集聚区相邻的王胖庄为研究区域，利用实地调研数据，采用统计方法和SPSS17.0软件计量分析，探讨了村域经济对产业集聚区的响应机制。①产业升级。农户从事第二、三产业的人数增多。同时，粮食作物逐渐转向经济作物。②职业转化。通过务工、自主创业以及外出务工回流的方式实现了村域人口在就业空间上的

转移。③思想冲击。耕地的重要程度降低，从事非农产业的积极性提升，生活方式高级化，向往城市生活的愿望强烈。④分化加剧。面对外界刺激，农户逐渐分化为发展型，稳定型和衰退型。⑤农户对产业集聚区的响应程度与核心劳动

人均耕地面积呈负相关，与劳动力教育年限、劳动力数量呈正相关。力年龄、

Abstract:ThepapertakeswangpangzhuangvillageasthestudyareawhichisproximatetoHuanglongindustrialagglomerationareainKaifengcounty,Henanprovince,andusesfieldsurveydatabyadoptingstatisticalmethodsandeconometricsoftwareSPSS17.0toexploretheresponsemechanismofvillage-leveleconomyonindustrialagglomerationarea.①Theindustrialstructureupgraded.Theproportionofprimaryindustrydeclines,thesecondandtertiaryindustryrises.Withintheprimaryindustry,theweightofindustrialcropsincreases,andtheproportionoffoodcropsfalls.②Theoccupationshiftquickened.Thevillagerstransferfromagriculturetonon-agriculturalindustrialthroughhiringoutforworkinindustrialagglomerationareaandundertakingindependent.Atthesametime,thevillagersachievethetransferofemploymentspace;thereisatrendtoflowindustrialagglomerationarea.③Ideasimpacted.Industrialagglomerationareaisheterogeneitytostimulatethinkingofhouseholds,thusitcouldproducealargertransformation:weakeningimportanceofland,enhancingenthusiasmofnon-agriculturalindustries,improvinglifestyle,andinspiringdesireincitylife.④Intensifyingdifferentiation.Thethreetypehousehold,isdevelopmentalhousehold,stablehouseholdanddeclininghouseholdaretheresultsofresponsedifferencestoindustrialagglomerationarea.⑤Someotherfactors.Meanwhile,therearenegativecorrelationsbetweenresponsedegreeandthecorelaborforce’age,thepercapitalandarea,however,therearepositivecorrelationswithaverageeducationleveloflaborforce,laborforcenumber.
