城市公共空间的美学行为研究

摘 要：公共性是公共环境艺术最根本的特征。公共艺术的载体是城市，它从一开始就与城市结缘，是城市生活中不可或缺的要素，它与城市是分不开的。随着社会的发展，人们生活水平的提高，人们对城市公共空间的要求也随之越来越高。当今越来越多人更加关注城市公共空间的内涵，凸现其美学行为和美育功能，构建 “以人为本”的公共空间环境。本文对规划功能分区、建筑的视觉效果、规划的设计实践中赋予城市公共空间的美学行为进行探究，从而达到优化城市环境、主导城市公共空间系统的美学效果。

ABSTRACT: Security is not only one of the important needs of human life, but also evaluate the quality of people's living environment , cold areas have a long and cold winter, natural conditions make it very difficult, Therefore, security in such regions is particularly important. At this stage, as people's living standards and the quality of living environment have been improved, the risks of cold outdoor environment security is also increased, particularly in cold regions outside public environment. In this paper, for the risks of current cold outdoor environment of widespread public security analysis issues, and explore the theory for cold regions and the corresponding countermeasures. The cold area around the outdoor children, the elderly and disabled venues, roads, transportation systems and Landscape analysis of the three aspects, while a series of problems with the security corresponding to the design proposals. Thus contributing to security risks in the presence of cold outdoor public area of the environment, design to achieve security has become an extremely important issue. At the same time, designers will also advocate more attention to safety into the design, for different people, different needs, design re-creation, to create a safer, more humane and comfortable outdoor public environment, truly people-centered design
