注 意 事 项

Notice

1．检验报告无“检验报告专用章”或检验单位公章无效。

The report is invalid without the “test report seal” or the seal of test station.

2. 报告无主检、审核、批准人签字无效。

The report is invalid without the signature of master inspeetor、assessor and ratifier.

3. 检验报告经涂改无效，报告三页及三页以上未加盖骑缝章无效。

The altered report is invalid. The report is in valid if there are not less than three pages in it without the seal on the perforation.

4．复制报告未重新加盖“检验报告专用单章”或检验单位公章无效。

The copy of the report is invalid when the report is not stamped with “test report seal” or the seal of test station again.

5．对检验结果有异议，应于商定之日内向本单位提出，逾期不予受理。

Please inform us within the agreed date after receiving the report when you dissent from us, otherwise we won’t accept it beyond the time limit.

6．检验报告未经本单位同意不得用作商业广告宣传。

The report is forbidden for the use of business advertisement without permission of our station.

7．检验项目中标注“*”号者，为分包检验项目。 A testing item with “*” mark is a subcontracting item.

8．报告的检验结果仅对来样的质量状况负责。

Commission testing is only responsible for the sample(s) received.
