高层住宅现浇混凝土外墙外保温体系研究

［摘要］ 高层住宅采用将钢丝网架聚苯板放置于外墙外模板内侧，在墙体混凝土浇注时一次成型的外保温体系。介绍该体系采用的保温板、墙体热工性能、保温板与混凝土墙的粘结力及防止抹灰裂缝及技术经济分析等方面的研究成果。

1 研究的主要任务和实现目标

《高层住宅现浇混凝土外墙外保温体系研究》课题，是由北京市科学技术委员会和北京建筑节能与墙体材料革新办公室下达的科研任务。

为实现北京市节能墙改办制订的“九五”规划和2010年节能远景目标纲要。从1997～2000年在住宅建筑中实现第2步发展战略目标——达到节能50%的标准。而围护结构的保温节能形式是主要的内容之一。主要解决现浇混凝土高层建筑外墙的保温节能问题，在构造上采用较为合理的外保温形式。具体方法是在材料上选用钢丝网架聚苯板(又名舒乐舍板)，因为它突出的优点是质轻、吸水性小、耐候性好，是外保温较优选的材料。在构造和施工方法上是将钢丝网架聚苯板放置于将要浇注墙体的外模内侧，当墙体混凝土浇灌完毕后，外保温板和墙体一次成活，这一工艺可节约大量的人力、时间以
