摘要：针对高层建筑混凝土施工特点，现代建筑工程施工企业应针对高层建筑混凝土技术特点开展技术控制与管理。运用现代建筑施工管理理论指导企业的混凝土施工管理工作，实现企业管理水平的提高、保障混凝土工程施工质量。
