初探湘潭市高层及超高层建筑规划控制管理摘要：通过分析近几年湘潭市高层建筑规划设计及实施情况,探索湘潭高层建筑发展趋势,结合湘潭市地质条件、经济发展水平及市民生活习性,提出高层建筑的发展类型及规划控制管理措施, 合理集约节约用地，充分发挥高层建筑功能及形态特征，创造良好的宜居城市环境。
