第一章総則

ChapterIGeneralProvisions

第一条（目的）

Article1(Purpose)

この法律は、職業安定法（昭和二十二年法律第百四十一号）と相まつて労働力の需給の適正な調整を図るため労働者派遣事業の適正な運営の確保に関する措置を講ずるとともに、派遣労働者の就業に関する条件の整備等を図り、もつて派遣労働者の雇用の安定その他福祉の増進に資することを目的とする。
