根据作者多年对隧道防水卷材设计和施工经验，以及对在建铁路隧道防水卷材生产和供应情况的了解，对铁路隧道防水卷材的设计施工，材料生产供应的质量控制提出几大问题，供行内人士讨论：
According to the design and construction experience of author to the waterproofing volume material of tunnel for many years, as well as to the waterproofing volume material production and the understanding of the supply situation of the railway tunnel which is constructing, to the design and construction of the waterproofing volume material of the railway tunnel, several major problems are proposed for quality control of the material production supply, discuss for the specialized personages:
1. 材料设计标准统一问题（Unified question of the material design standard ）

8. 概述
铁道部客运专线开始建设之后，随着大规模的隧道开工建设，隧道建设标准的提高，原隧道防水理念发生了变化，设计、施工、材料生产都面临新的挑战。本文仅对防水卷材在设计、施工、及生产供应中在存在的一些问题提一已之见，望能抛砖引玉。
1. 防水卷材设计统一问题
铁道部原四个设计院，现在五个设计院，原来对隧道防水卷材的设计一般仅在设计说明中明确设计要求。二院、四院一般设计为WRM-100型号，比如宜万、渝怀等线；一院设计EVA卷材，比如乌鞘岭隧道，三院同样在山西，在太行山隧道设计了EVA卷材，在吕梁山隧道设计了PVC卷材。各个院设计卷材种类较多,不统一，引发了一系

列问题：
1.执行规范的统一问题
现在设计院执行的国家标准主要有《地下工程防水技术规范》（GB50108-2001）,《铁路隧道设计规范》（TB10003-2005）,《铁路隧道防排水技术规范》（TB10119-2000）.以上三种规范作为设计依据没有问题,但是隧道防水板生产厂家
